The roles we take.
I’m thinking about a client. Firstborn. Responsible, dependable, always checking everyone else is okay before they even think to check in with themselves.
Through coaching, group work, and leadership development, we create the conditions for real self-understanding. The kind that changes how you relate, how you lead, and how you live.
I started this work because I know what it’s like to be functioning well on the outside while something underneath is quietly unsettled. That experience — and the work I did to understand it — is what brought me here.
I work with individuals, leaders, and teams who are ready to explore the patterns shaping their lives. Not just to understand them — but to have real choices about what comes next.
My approach brings together psychology, counselling, somatic awareness, and the Enneagram. These aren’t just frameworks I’ve studied — they’re tools I’ve lived with, and they inform everything I do. What they share is a belief that real change starts with knowing yourself clearly.
Alongside one-to-one coaching, I partner with coaches, founders, and organisations to support leaders and teams in developing self-awareness and emotional intelligence. I also co-facilitate group work internationally, including co-coaching experiences in France.
I’m a certified Life & Success Coach through the Jay Shetty Certification School, a Certified Enneagram Teacher and Panel Facilitator, and an accredited member of the Association for Coaching.
If something here resonates — I’d love to hear from you.
There are different ways we can work together. The intention is always the same — to help you understand yourself more deeply, so you can live, relate, and lead in a way that feels genuinely yours.
Something has brought you here. Maybe you’re in transition. Maybe you’re functioning well but quietly wondering why something still doesn’t fit. Maybe you’ve been running on the same patterns for years and you’re ready to understand them differently.
In our work together, we slow down. We look at what’s shaping your thinking, your relationships, and your sense of self. And we create the conditions for something more honest to emerge.
This isn’t performance coaching. It’s the deeper kind — the kind that changes how you see yourself, and how you show up everywhere else.
This might be for you if:
There’s something that happens in a well-held group that can’t happen in a one-to-one session. You see yourself reflected in others. You notice how you show up when you’re not alone. You realise the patterns you thought were just yours are surprisingly, reassuringly human.
These sessions draw on the Enneagram and other frameworks for self-understanding. They’re designed to be insight-led and experiential — not just informative, but genuinely felt.
Workshops run publicly with 6–8 people (join the waiting list) and can be designed for specific teams or organisations.
These sessions are a place to:
Most leadership development focuses on what people do. This work focuses on who they are when they do it.
When people understand themselves — their patterns, their triggers, how they land with others — something shifts. They stop performing their role and start inhabiting it. Teams become more honest. Culture becomes less something that happens to people and more something they actively shape.
This work supports leaders and teams in developing the self-awareness and emotional intelligence that changes how people experience their work — not just how they perform it.
